Field trip to Viikinsaari on Tuesday 27th of May

Here's a copy of the message we sent to Helmi last week:

Dear parents,

1E and 2E will go together on a field trip to Viikinsaari on Tuesday the 27th of May.

The schedule for the day:
8.00 school
9.00-9.20 the boat trip from Laukontori to Viikinsaari
9.30-10.45 sports activities or a nature trail
10.45-11.15 lunch break
11.30-11.50 the boat trip from Viikinsaari to Laukontori
12.00-12.15 school

Costs:
13,5e/child
This includes the boat trip and all the activities.

It would be great if the children could bring the money to school during next week.
The children will get a sandwich and a juice from the school. They can also bring some healthy snacks of their own eg. fruit, another sandwich, veggies or anything that does not need to be in cold. The children will be doing sports and moving the whole day, so it is also very important to take a water bottle especially if the day is warm. Due to safety reasons we can not allow swimming during that day. Please check the weather forecast before the trip, the children need to be dressed appropriately, whether it's sunny or rainy. Even if the day is warm otherwise, Viikinsaari is a windy island.
