Friday 30.8.

In English we finished the ORT Workbooks and got to know some of the future "Cuddle up and read" books. No homework!

In Math we checked the HW and did some mental arithmetics. No homework!

Instead of E.S. and P.E. we had the Sons of Abraham motorcycle club visiting the school today. We also saw a magician!

English: Group A and B: read your OR-book carefully at home and at least once out loud for someone. (for Friday)

Suomi: lukukirja s. 9 tee teht. 1-3 loppuun jos et ehtinyt tunnilla (huomiseksi)

Math: HW-house 4 (for Wednesday)

Friday 23.8. HW

Write everyday in your notebook, what root vegetables you ate during the day. (For example: Saturday: Potato, carrot)

Thursday 22.8. HW

Religion - no HW

E.S. - Exercise paper about vegetables. Finish exercise 4 at home. Extra task: cross-word puzzle

English - 12 Golden words (Spelling). Write 3 times into notebook. Spelling test next Thursday!

Finnish - Tee Ii- ja Uu-sivut loppuun käsialavihosta. Maanantaiksi!

Vanhempainilta / Parent-teacher meeting

2E:n yleinen vanhempainilta järjestetään 27.8.2013 klo 18 2E:n luokassa. Tervetuloa!

Hei kaikki,

ensi perjantaina järjestetään koko koulun yhteinen lukuvuodenavaus-jumalanpalvelus Kalevan kirkossa. Elämänkatsomustiedon oppilaille järjestetään oma tilaisuutensa koululla.

Tilaisuudet alkavat klo 12.15. ja palaamme sieltä koululle. Koulupäivä päättyy kaikille klo 13.

Tästä syystä koulupäivä on kaikille 2E:n oppilaille 9-13.

Dear parents,

this Friday the 23rd Aug the whole school has a chuch service together in Kaleva chuch. Those students who attend ethics will have their own "service" at school. Both start at 12.15.

The school day is from 9-13 for everyone (everyone will return to school at one o'clock).

- School is on Wednesday from 9 o'clock till 13 o'clock.
- On Thursday everybody will  be in school from 8 o'clock till 13 o 'clock. Hopefully everybody will get their final timetables and schedules then.
- That's why I hope everybody will inform me as soon as possible whether they prefer A or B group!
